Our company works together with the best construction companies on the island. After the building contract has been signed, your villa will be completed on time. Construction prices depend upon design and quality of materials, ranging from US$ 850 to US$ 1,200 per square meter (from US$ 51 to US$ 88 per square feet). Full architectural plans are about 4% of the construction costs.
