Martin Haase
One of the most experienced Sales Consultant, with 31 years in the Sosua and Cabarete area.
I was born in England and lived the following years in Germany in Kiel, where I like to stay for some weeks every summer. As an avid watersports fan I always wanted to live and work in a place with endless summer so I moved in 1993 to the north coast of the Dominican Republic, a paradise for watersports and 4wheeling, which became my second big hobby in 2006.
Since 1995 I work as a senior Real Estate Consultant for CENTURY 21 Juan Perdomo and have helped many investors to find their dream property.

Ina Hapke
For 26 years Ina has been a successful real estate consultant.
Ina Hapke worked until the fall of the Wall as culture house manager in the former GDR. She took advantage of their newfound freedom to travel and making dreams come true. She found, along with her daughter Christin, a new home in the Dominican Republic.
Since 26 years, she is a successful real estate consultant in our company, having reached Centurion 5 times; and even once belonged to the “Top Ten International”; 2018 she received the Diamond Award from our office.
Ina likes to write about the country and the people and gets involved for poor Dominican children. Ina is married, has one daughter, one grandchild and 2 dogs. She offers her clients a service that does not stop with the purchase of a house, guaranteeing a smooth start to the new chosen home.
Anabela Nogueira
Since 2004 she has been part of Century 21’s top producing team for the entire Caribbean region.
Anabela was born in Portugal and later studied architectural design at the University of Windsor. In 2004, she moved to the Dominican Republic from Windsor with her daughter Gabriela to begin working at Century 21 Juan Perdomo. Anabela was a top producer, winning the Century 21 Centurion Award from 2005 through 2008. For three years, she was part of Century 21’s top producing team for the entire Caribbean region. Today, Anabela owns both a home in the Dominican Republic as well as investment property.

Kees Van der Laan

I was born in the Netherlands and lived there most of my life. After a career in hard- and software and a lot of traveling in Europe and Asia, I decided to get away from the stress and the cold temperatures to live on this beautiful Caribbean island.
I came to the DR late 1998, and I have never regretted taking this decision!
In 2002, I joined CENTURY 21 Juan Perdomo and over the years I have guided many clients through the process of purchasing a property in the DR.
I still enjoy taking people on a tour to show them this beautiful island and, in the process, show them properties.

Giulio D. Passarelli, known as Dom, an Italian/American with more than 37 years experience in the Dominican Republic. A former educator and investment specialist in the USA, Dom is fluent in several languages.

Dolly Rodriguez
I was born in Caracas, Venezuela. I studied Physical and Financial Resources Management at the Fermín Toro University College in the city of Barquisimeto-Lara.
My curiosity to learn a little bit of everything led me to prepare myself academically in other areas, which included the world of sales, and I discovered that it is in my blood.I arrived at the DR in 2015 where a world of opportunities opened up for me, making Real Estate not only my way of life but my passion.
My life on this beautiful multicultural island with my life partner, my three children and being part of CENTURY 21 Perdomo makes me incredibly happy, and I want to share that happiness with my clients by offering my knowledge, skills and services with the best attitude possible when buying or selling their property in the DR and to make this experience a pleasant experience.

Living in Cabarete since 2000, Joe has a vast knowledge of the north coast market.
Hi! My name is Joe Ciotti and I was born in Toronto, Canada. I first came to Cabarete in 1985 to windsurf with my wife, (the year it was discovered by the windsurfing world).
When we learned to kite surf in the year 2000, we sold our house in Canada and moved here full time. Living here was always our dream, and we could not be happier. The people here are the friendliest you will find. We are able to surf, kite surf, mountain bike ride and enjoy the “beach life” almost everyday of the year.
I am also honored to work with the best real estate organization in the entire Caribbean. Along with my musical career, I spent many years, buying and selling properties in Canada.
This evolved into designing and constructing waterfront houses along the shore of Georgian Bay in Ontario, Canada. I purchased my first property here 15 years ago, building and designing a house and recording studio on the shore of Cabarete Bay.
My hands-on construction experience, and 30 years of buying and selling properties, along with my experience of integrating into this community with my family, have provided me with a vast amount of knowledge that I’d like to share with you.
